Connect WhatsApp in one click
Log in with Facebook inside ReplySathi and pick or add your number. No tokens, IDs or webhooks to copy.

Choose how you will use the number
In ReplySathi: Channels → WhatsApp. Pick Keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my phone too (coexistence) or A new number only for ReplySathi.
Coexistence needs the WhatsApp Business app (version 2.24.17 or later) on the phone that has the number. A personal WhatsApp number cannot be used.

Click Connect WhatsApp and log in with Facebook
A Meta window opens. Log in with the Facebook account that manages your business, and allow ReplySathi.
Nothing happens? Allow pop-ups for this site in your browser, then click again.

Pick your business
Choose your business portfolio (or create one), then your WhatsApp Business account (or create one). Meta pre-fills what it can.

Add your number
New number: enter it, choose SMS or voice call, and type the code Meta sends.
Coexistence: Meta shows a QR code; open the WhatsApp Business app → Settings → Linked devices on your phone and scan it. Your chats from the last 6 months can be shared.

The Meta window closes and the number appears under Connected channels in ReplySathi.
For a new number, ReplySathi sets a private two-step PIN. You can see it with Two-step PIN next to the number; keep it safe in case you ever move the number.
Send a message to the number from another phone to test it.
If one-click stops with an error, you can still connect with your own Meta app (Advanced). The message tells you what Meta said.
The callback URL and verify token are shown, with Copy buttons, in your dashboard under Channels → Webhooks and in the guide there. Stuck? Contact us or raise a request from Support in your dashboard.
