Free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, and nothing is charged if you don’t choose a plan.
Cancelling
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing in your dashboard, or by contacting us.
- After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You will not be charged again.
Refunds
- If you are not happy with your first paid month, ask for a refund within 7 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Later monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel so the next one is not charged.
- Extra AI reply packs are not refundable once any of those replies have been used.
- If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the extra amount in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) through Razorpay. They are started within 2 working days of approval and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
WhatsApp charges
Charges billed directly by Meta for WhatsApp template messages are between you and Meta and are not covered by this policy.
