Each reply the AI sends to a customer counts as one. Product photos sent along with that reply do not count separately, and messages your staff send never count.
What happens if I run out of AI replies?
You get a notice at 80% and 100%. After that the AI stops and new chats wait in your inbox for your team; keyword auto-replies keep working. You can add 500 replies for ₹99 any time.
Can I start small and keep costs low?
Yes. Automations (keyword replies, comment-to-DM, per-reel links) come with every plan at a fixed monthly price, with no cost per message. Add the assistant when you want every question answered from your business data.
What is in the free trial?
Everything for 14 days: WhatsApp, Instagram, automations and 100 AI replies. No card needed. At the end we suggest the plan that fits how you actually used it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change your plan any time from Billing in your dashboard.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are shown before tax; GST is added at checkout where applicable, and every payment comes with an invoice.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel any time; see the refund and cancellation policy.
Are WhatsApp charges included?
Replying to customers who message you is free on WhatsApp. If you send template messages first (like reminders), Meta charges for those separately.
