When you get access
- Your account is ready as soon as you sign up, and your free trial starts immediately.
- When you pay for a plan, it applies to your account right after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
- Invoices are available under Billing in your dashboard as soon as a payment is confirmed.
If something doesn’t arrive
If your plan has not changed within an hour of paying, or you did not get an invoice, use our contact form with your payment reference and we will fix it.
