In India, most small businesses now sell on WhatsApp and Instagram. Customers expect an answer as fast as a chat with a friend, but the person who knows the prices is also the person at the counter, in the salon chair, or in the kitchen.

We built ReplySathi so that a shop’s own knowledge, its price list, stock, timings and rules, can answer for it at any hour. Not a chatbot with buttons and menus, and not an AI that guesses: an assistant that only says what the business has told it, checks itself before replying, and hands the chat to a person whenever it should.

What we believe

• A wrong answer is worse than a slow one. That’s why every reply is checked against your data.
• Customers should always reach a person. Anyone can type “human” at any time.
• Your data is yours. Each business’s data is kept separate, and you can export or delete it.
• Pricing should be simple. One monthly price based on how many messages you get.
