Connect your Instagram account
Switch to a professional account, allow message access, and connect with one click.

Use a professional account (Business or Creator)
In the Instagram app: Profile → ☰ menu → Settings and activity → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account, and choose Business or Creator.
Personal accounts cannot be connected: Meta allows messaging tools only for professional accounts.

Allow access to messages
In the Instagram app: Settings and activity → Messages and story replies → Message controls → Connected tools, and turn on Allow access to messages.
Without this, ReplySathi cannot see or answer your DMs.

Connect in ReplySathi
In ReplySathi: Channels → Connect Instagram. Log in with the Instagram account you want to connect and allow all the permissions it asks for.
You come back to ReplySathi with Instagram connected.
Signed in to a different Instagram account in this browser? Log out of instagram.com first, or use a private window.

Test it
From another Instagram account, send your account a DM. It should appear in the Inbox.
Comment on one of your posts: the comment appears too, and comment-to-DM rules can answer it.

If something does not work
"Not a professional account": do step 1, then connect again.
DMs not arriving: check step 2 is on.
Connected the wrong account: disconnect it in Channels and connect again.
ReplySathi renews the Instagram login automatically every few weeks; you never need to copy a token for Instagram.
